Another strong bullpen arm is really the only thing they need and since we are fine on closer, getting a 7/8 guy shouldn't be too expensive. Granted, Crochet taking the next step this season could help that. I think Bummer is back on track so we have 2 solid lefty arms. I'd like another RHer as the only guy outside of Hendriks I trust is Kopech

I really think Kopech will have to be our Andrew Miller in October

It's a long way until October. He might be starting by then. We are already having to give extra rest to Rodon. I don't trust Kuechel at all in the playoffs. And Giolito has been shaky at best this year.

If the playoffs started tomorrow I would say Lynn, Rodon, Giolito, Cease/Kopech would be the best rotation.

Keuchel, without a sinker(and it's happening more and more), is trash against a good team. He can't smoke and mirrors his way through the Houston Astros.

Anything over .225 from Engel is all bonus at this point. He's an absolute, stud outfielder.

Yeah. And what was lost in how Ricky bungled game three last year was that Kuechel shit the bed in the playoffs vs. the A's. He gave up 5 runs in 3 innings of work. Needed to win that game rather than hope to win a game 3 with no starter.
