A two-for-one. Tried the Ch'King over the weekend, and went to a nearby Arby's to get the new crinkle cut fries. Both are at the same level of decentness. Popeye's is still the gold standard for a chicken sandwich.

Also tried one of BK's salads, which is literally just a handful of iceberg lettuce and a few cut tomatoes, and then shredded cheese. it's like what a kid or a 90's mom envisions a salad to be.

Between the potato cakes, poppers, and curly fries, they do have good sides. They used to also have the onion petals, but I think those are discontinued.

I was a bigfan of BK's "Satisfries" (larger crinkle cuts) but those didn't last long.

Tried the BK chicken sandwich yesterday...not bad. Better than the McDonald's one. Not quite up where with Chik Fila or Popeye's.

I thought Arby's replaced the potato cakes with the crinkle fries?

Arby's still has potato cakes. I got some a week ago or so. My wife likes them.

The Original Chicken Sandwich and BK is still the best. IT'S THE ORIGINAL! That's why they call it that.

Love it.

Especially when you add their excellent onions.

Get their Zesty sauce with their fries and an original chicken sandwich. You got yourself a nice meal that will kill you over time.

the OG chicken sandwich is a salt lick

if you don't have like a gallon of water to go with one, you're dead in the water

It has a succulent water-type product in it with a bit of pepper.

That should be their ad slogan.

One more thing, why would anyone get crinkle fries when you can get the curly fry, just doesn't make sense to me.

I will be at Arby's in exactly 2 hours......assuming it wasn't destroyed by a tornado.

I go medium roast beef, horsey/Arby sauce mix, curly fries and a soda.

The large roast beef is a disproportionate amount of beef to bun. You think you want it but it ruins the overall flavor mix.

I am a big ham and swiss melt fan at Arby's.

Arby's potato cakes are also a FAR SUPERIOR option to the crinkle fry.

Number one it's a pop

Number two, potato cakes are infinitely better.

Number three, you're spot on the large sandwiches, it's overkill.

It’s a Coke.

Took me years to get to soda.

Not even Perry got me to pop.

I don't mind a Crossian'wich once in a while. My kid likes their "round fries" (as do I) so every so often I pull through there in the morning.
