the sun-times wingo-bingo game gave seniors a reason to make it to next week.

Today people would say you should make $15 an hour to do that.

Agreed. Kass has a lot of problems, but he's always been pretty open about his support of Lightfoot. Also, as I understand it, Hannity was providing Trump with messaging advice and other advice throughout his presidency. I don't think Kass took things that far with Lightfoot.

Kass is a regular substitute on AM560. He quite possibly has one of the worst and most excruciating radio voices I've ever heard and his stuttering and inability to articulate a thought and question rival Mike Mulligan.

I didn't read him when he was employed as a "journalist' so I'll refrain from commenting there. What I do know is he has no business being a radio host.

1. Chicago is part and parcel of his brand. He very loudly and publicly moved there from Western Springs, but was quiet about the move to Indiana until the Tribune's story.
2. His podcast is called "The Chicago Way."
3. The pre-recorded intro to the podcast features a dramatic narration about a "man whose pen is mightier than the sword" and writes in "a tower by the river" as well as clips from The Untouchables.
4. The Tribune runs stories about every reasonably famous Chicagoan who buys and sells real estate.
5. I would give him crap if he moved to Vernon Hills as well.

If he wants to live in Indiana, that's cool, but he needs to stop leaning in so heavily to his Chicago identity.

Yeah I heard him doing radio before and he is sort of inaudible as I recall.

I did used to read his columns and found that I actually enjoyed them for the most part. Didn't agree with him much politically but I always got the feeling that he was wired up when it came to Chicago politics. Main reason is that I never got the impression that he really had a dog in the fight politically speaking.
