Thanks brothers outfit.

Who even needs a mailbox anymore?

Besides that, isn't there a scrap recycling bin at the HVAC shop that could easily hold a six foot angle iron and old mailbox?

Denied.

A lot of the garbage companies were started by Dutch guys: Waste Management, Groot, Molenhouse, Hoving, Lakeshore Recycling and others. A lot of the Dutch knew it was a good business before various companies were bought out.

I won't bother with arguing the common sense answers to this situation with you, as you clearly have an axe to grind with your trash guys.

I'm actually surprised the local scrap scavengers didn't nab a couple of easy-to-handle lengths of angle iron and a metal mailbox long before it was ignored by the trash guys, especially with the current high price of scrap steel. Local orchard had several signs used to direct U-pick customers through the orchard stolen recently. Four inch pipe welded to semi truck brake drums probably went to scrap.

They got it about 6 hours after the Brothers decided not to do what I pay them for because they're a shitty company run by crooks.

It's all garbage. How can you get picky about what garbage gets picked up? If I put it at the end of the driveway haul it away.

These waste companies have quite a scheme going.
We used to get paid for turning in bottles and cans. Now we pay someone else to recycle them.
Bunch of crooks.

I was once on a county board for review of garbage collection.

It’s not something I feel made a difference in people’s lives. But was an interesting perspective on the elected officials that were involved.

It was a waste, no pun intended, of all our lives.

I'm a giver Spaulding.

Angle iron is recyclable. And it should be recycled.

I did not.

I was representing a significant development of 500 homes that were pissed about rates changing.

Old people don’t throw out much weekly garbage and don’t like paying monthly rates.

Seems it mostly just finds me and typically I say yes.

Except when bigfan asked me to buy and run this place.

In that same capacity, I was able to get Illinois American to spend $2.5 million to line the sewer system to prevent leakage.

So don’t tell me I don’t know how to party.

And it should have been as I pay for recycling along with my normal waste pick up.

Giver is not the word I would use to describe a company that overcharges customers.
