Good thing CNBC is blaming China for the crash, and not investigating further.

My favorite is when GameStop or AMC spike the narrative is Reddit is back at it again. As if retail is sitting on billions to drive 20million of volume on a 225 stock.

Gamestop and AMC is dumb money. Penny Stocks on steroids.

Bitcoin in my opinion is going to bounce around 29K then "spike" between 35K-32K until it breaks down again first week of July. Hitting it the next low at 18K.

It should find support at 18K and then rebound to 48K before entering the final descending wedge into the bear market.

Not financial advice, just my opinion

Still on target for this projection. Look for a big move to the downside around July 7th. Good time to buy in if you are waiting on an entry point. Don't expect all time highs to be broken this cycle unless we go into an extended bull market. The gap is too far to close before the projected end of the cycle in late August, early Sept.

In my opinion we are in a mini bear market so the institutions can buy in at low prices. If you are a holder, hold on long term to your coins and add don't let the whales cash you out and take your coins. It will past 65K in the next bull run.

Eth is only second to Bitcoin in Market Cap. If you are investing in Eth then you need to understand the difference between Eth and Bitcoin vs everything else. Eth is a decentralized blockchain that provides peer-to-peer smart contracts. Basically it is the main platform for building tech (smart contracts) in crypto. Think of Eth as the Xbox console and the smart contracts are the games.

Bitcoin is the first decentralized digital currency that can be sent through the internet globally without using financial institutions like banks. You can't build smart contracts with it, you can only trade, hold and mine it. Bitcoin volatility has made trading it as a currency difficult. No one wants to trade away an asset that is predicted to 100X in the next 5 years.

In its current state it is mainly used as an asset like gold for value. However every 4 years since inception, Bitcoin cuts in half bitcoin's inflation rate and the rate at which new bitcoins enter circulation. When the halfing events are completed around the year 2140, the last of the 21 million bitcoin ever to be mined will have been. At this point, the halving schedule will cease, since there will be no more new bitcoins to be found. This will create the stability Bitcoin will need to be a digital currency that is was founded to become.

Anyway, this is getting long and I need to take the kids to the park.

Eth has to solve its gas problem with its layer 2 blockchain projects. Polygon is the main L2 project that will have a huge role in the future of Eth. If L2 is a failure or delayed; platforms like Cardono, Algorand and DOT will start scalping contracts from ETH because they already have solutions in place to run cheaper and faster then the current Eth platform. If L2 is a success for Eth then the sky is the limit. However, security in their coding is also a concern that the other platforms have already addressed and cleaned up.

Are you looking to hold or trade your crypto?

What do you mean NAS? There is Bitcoin and then alt coins. Eth is the king of the alt coins. Bitcoin is the OG of cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency forks off into different directions which all started with the Bitcoin whitepaper.

Eth is being challenged by several other alt coins for the crown. Eth rules the majority of kingdoms (smart contracts). Bitcoin is like the Rome to alt coins.

What's your view on Ethereum Classic (ETC) and some of the lesser known digital currencies that you didn't mention? There are thousands of them and someone somewhere swearing that their favorite penny digital currency will take off.

ETC in simple terms is like buying Playstation 4 when everyone else is playing on playstation 5 with all the new games coming out only for P-5. Sure P-4 has decent graphics and the games are not outdated ...yet, but all the cool kids moved on to P-5. ETC is built on old tech and will soon be left behind.

I only trade top 100 alt coins because I don't trust the small market cap coins. Most of them will go to zero in the next few years. Google Bitconnect if you want to see what happens in a unregulated market. Every alt coin in crypto is high risk. Bitconnect turned out to be a Ponzi scheme that cost its investors an incredible $3.45 billion!

If you want to gamble then throw 100 dollars at some of the micro market coins. You might hit on a few that 100X to make up for the majority that go to zero. Don't invest any money you can't afford to lose. Especially in meme coins like Dogecoin, Shibu Inu, Safemoon exc. These are pump and dump coins with no real projects behind them. Don't go to youtube to see which is going to the "moon" because many of the content creators are paid to "pump" the coin for the whales to short your investment and flush you out of your position.

Do your research and know what you are investing in and what they are working on in the future. Decide if you want to hold or trade your coins. If you are holding wait for the right entry point. Never enter in at ATH thinking you are going to miss the train if you don't hurry up and make that trade. Remember the market makers are looking to pump and dump the market. It will always come back down to the 50 day moving average at some point. Look at charts and learn how to do basic technical analysis. It will help you spot the top and bottom of price movement.

If you are trading, look at the top exchanges and look at the fees for trades and the coins they trade. Not all exchanges trade the same coins. Also, look at security for an exchange. While cryptocurrencies themselves are very secure, exchanges can be affected by a variety of vulnerabilities, making them a prime target for malicious actors. 2019 saw a record number of twelve crypto exchanges being hacked. If you are trading large amounts of crypto then invest in an offline wallet to store your crypto. Don't trade with Robinhood. You don't own your coins, you are borrowing from them.

I use Crypto.com exchange because they give you a pre-pay Visa card with up to 8% cash back depending on how much you invest. I went with the Ruby card that only cost me 400.00 of staked CRO coins. With that card I get 3% back in crypto when I use the Visa card. You have to stake the 400.00 dollars that you get back when you are done using the card. The 400 is converted in CRO coins that increase or decrease depending on the market. They also offer 15% APY on stablecoins (coins equal to the US Dollar) Much better then the banks rates.

If you have 50K to invest I would put it into Bitcoin and if you have 5K then ETH and 500 Cardano for the next 5-10 years. Those are my top 3 for long term holders. If you simply want a higher APY rate then convert your dollar into stable coins and earn 15% interest at the value of the dollar.

Depends on your level of wealth. I use alt coins (shitcoins are meme coins IMO) to generate more money to buy into Bitcoin long term. Getting 3% back on my Visa card and turning it into Bitcoin is just one example how the alt coins can increase you portfolio. If you are not taking advantage of the staking options in crypto then you don't understand the market.

Get ready for the Bitcoin plunge this week. Nothing has changed on the charts since I predicted this week as the falloff.

So sell all of your crypto and then buy it back in late July?

There is always a chance it could break up and not down. Crypto is highly unpredictable and prone to market manipulation. Wait for the confirmation that is is dipping (two lower lows on the daily charts) It won't hit 18K over night. Don't panic sell if it dips below 30K. It will bounce back to around 32K before going down to 25K, then bounce 29K, dip 20K Don't buy at 20K until you get confirmation it is the bottom (two high highs on the daily)

Remember it is like a rubberband. It can only be pulled so far back or forward before the tension pulls it back.

So yes NAS if you want to gamble a little. Sell now at 34K and bet it dips in the next week or so and buy in at the low point 20K or less. Even if it goes up it should bounce back down close to what you sold at 34K.

Just my opinion. I am no expert. :D

Every crypto follows Bitcoin. So if bitcoin dips so will all the other crypto including ETH.

ETH will fall below 2K if/when Bitcoin dips. I would HOLD on buying anymore ETH until after Bitcoin shows it hand. It has been flat for awhile now and is positioned to make a move soon.

This is my advice. Bitcoin is a hedge against disaster. That's it. It isn't something to trade in and out of based on charts, though if you want to do that, knock yourself out. I hope you get lucky with your timing.

It's like insurance. Something you buy and hold. If you think of it that way it doesn't really matter if you pay $20,000 or $29,000. You put about 1% of your net worth in and forget about it. If it's worth millions that probably means some bad shit has happened. It may be worth nothing. And that may not be a bad thing.

I'd be a lot more concerned about the U.S. Dollar. It's pretty obvious that every move China is making is with the goal of establishing the yuan as the main reserve currency, and that includes its crypto-ization of the yuan. You can just imagine how the CCP might manipulate that. I don't think that's something that's going to hurt Bitcoin though.

I have 1 bitcoin and I made the plunge on 1 etherium. A little birdie told me Bitcoin is Ask Jeeves(1st generation) and Etherium is Google(2nd generation). Is Cardano 3rd generation?

I hold 5-10% of my retirement portfolio is different commodities at various times. Its all in My Roth. Currently I also hold Bitcoin and Ethereum trusts in there as well. Its not a giant hedge and likely not enough of a hedge to make any difference in the end. combined with a large chunk of index investing, leveraged bond holdings, and a bit of stock/active funds, I feel no guilt in buying digital currency.

Bing?

This is my advice. Bitcoin is a hedge against disaster. That's it. It isn't something to trade in and out of based on charts, though if you want to do that, knock yourself out. I hope you get lucky with your timing.

It's like insurance. Something you buy and hold. If you think of it that way it doesn't really matter if you pay $20,000 or $29,000. You put about 1% of your net worth in and forget about it.
