Well at the end of day 1 we are all in tact so far.

FIL told BIL as soon as he arrived that he was to play nice or get his ass kicked and so far he has done that.

No real drinkers here, an occasional beer in the evenings.

Had first moment today. All the females went shopping which left BIL taking care of the son. Son bolts out the door and BIL goes out after him. We see him running around the house and can’t find him. He is starting to panic. Then we hear him in my in-laws bathroom. There was a sliding glass door in their bedroom left unlocked and he got into the bathroom and got into a bunch of stuff including spraying water all over. When BIL learns he is inside he sits down and says well he can’t do much damage in a bathroom. Right about that time FIL screams “get your ass in here and take care of your son, you don’t have time to sit around on your fat ass, this isn’t my kid doing all this.”

I am sitting at the table watching all this. My FIL comes out and joins me at table and says “that is one ignorant SOB!” I say indeed he is.

Last night FIL told him that he as going to lose something in that field that he didn’t need to be out there. BIL says oh no he will be fine.

Now as he is looking for missing shoe FIL says “I told that idiot it was going to happen...don’t you dare go out there and help him” I said no worries
