Honestly, getting him to the 5th inning is the perfect way to use him. He has struggled 3rd time through the order since before coming to the Sox so get him to that point and go to your pen. Sox have plenty of options to cover those 4 innings if you have the lead.

At this point Dallas is your 5th starter and if your 5th starter can get you through the 5th inning consistently tied or in the lead, you're in good shape. Sox would have had the win his last start had they treated it like this and pulled him after 5.
