Exactly. Especially when they are thigh high over the middle of the plate.

Hendriks and Kimble both have had problems spotting their fastballs.

GREAT game last night. One of their best of August. That game could have gotten ugly early, but Dallas settled down, the Sox chipped away, and the pen slammed the door. The only extra base hit for the Sox was Robert's HR. Last night is the type of game that gives me hope for this team in the playoffs.

Normally I would be ok with a 4 game series split, but after losing to the Twins and the Yankees, 3 of 4 here would be a big boost to the fans and the team.

I watched a little of the game yesterday, when they were down 2-1.

Tim Anderson got on first with one out. They didn't have him steal until the count was 3-2, when the batter fouled it off and then struck out on the next pitch.

Made zero sense to me not running him earlier in the count with just one out. Don't know what the Sox were thinking.

They won't go three right handed hitters in a row like that. I do think he's eventually destined to bat fifth most days, but that time isn't now.
