Jameis will save us. And you'll be glad to get to six wins in the shitty toilet bowl that Kanye didn't burn...enough.

NOLA is the only city worth a damn in this shithole country. Can't we offer up a city in Florida or Shitcago to the Gods?

Caller Bob just doxxed himself as one of those Bears fans carrying that classy sign in 2007. Figures!

My friends/family down there are thankfully above the Lake but it’s still going to be concerning…

It's really a shame and has set us back several decades that Bob's father finish what he started.

Good news, it probably stays a Cat 4 and doesn't hit Cat 5.

Bad news, it probably shifts East to give NOLA a chance at a direct hit when we get the 1700 update from NHC

Just got reminded of the people I watched die. And seeing that bastard Bush fly overhead in Air Force One.

The military fucked that up as well. On many levels.

NOLA could take a direct hit. Only good news for them is the storm surge won't reach 2005 levels and should be within the limits of what the new levees should take.

Even then, rainfall may dump more than their pumping system can handle and the topography still sucks so expect a ton of flooding

mb pressure is dropping at roughly 6 per hour. This one may top all of yesterday's models and hit low end cat 5 in a few hours.

Still doesn't seem to have the surge potential of Katrina though.

Europe is filled with ruins because there are simply some places that should not be rebuilt due to their geography. We have not yet learned that lesson.

It's easier to do nothing and the blame Republicans when it floods again.

You’ve become a bit of a one trick pony. And it’s really not a very entertaining trick. Do better.

It's interesting because he used to be on the other side as recently as last year.

I am a part of a Facebook group for NFHS (National Federation of High Schools) Football officials and one of the mods is from Louisiana, this was his post this morning...

My brother Jim is a LEO. He shared this report from along the Mississippi River near New Orleans: “White caps on the River and the current is flowing UP RIVER. That should give you a sense of winds and storm surge we are currently experiencing.”
Take note that he’s 90 miles up River from the Gulf of Mexico. This storm is packing power.

Jamborees are like pre-season mini games where teams will play multiple other teams in a controlled scrimmage.

And cheaper gas is a big reason the storms are increasingly more devastating.

You guys with friends and family down there be careful and keep as good an eye on your loved ones as possible. We really are a team here current political nonsense notwithstanding and I'm genuinely concerned about you guys.

This camera is insane. It is mounted roughly 9' above sea level

He's concerned about the people who are concerned. As a team, we should all be concerned about the concerned.
