#1. Jay Cutler

Hopefully, Fields catches him within the next few years.

Fields could easily catch and eclipse Grossman this year.

The Grossman hate will force me to meet folks outside their workplace. The Cutler love is just a sickness.

Yup. Guy is gone a few years and the revisionist history comes pouring out.

Jesus, Nas. I appreciate you offering a list, but Grossman was not top 5.
1. Kramer
2. McMahon
3. Harbough
4. Miller
5. Cutler (god, that hurt to say that)

At least we can all agree the list is embarrassing.

The lack of respect for the Bears only Pro Bowl QB in decades is sad.

Cutler gets bagged because he was a prick, but let's be fair, he had bad offensive lines and a new OC every year. Along with a disappearing cast of surrounding talent. That team that lost to Green Bay in the NFC Championship game would have won if Martz could have stopped himself from calling 7 step drops that got his QB murdered.

Mitch "got" the team to the playoffs in Nagy's year 1 on the strength of a good defense and some trickery. The Bears made a Super Bowl in spite of Rex Grossman.

Grossman put the Saints away in the NFC Championship with a HUGE play to Berrian in the 4th quarter. Cutler rode a bike because of a minor injury against the Packers. There is NOTHING in Cutler's time with the Bears that showed he could answer the bell in a big game.

Minor torn ACL...thanks Maurice Jones-Drew

Different guys have different reactions to playing playoff games with torn ACLs

Hey talk to Nas. If nothing else at least Grossmans suckage was shortlived. We had to deal with Cutler and the circus that surrounded him for nearly a decade.

I don't think he needed surgery. Brady played an entire season injured because he wanted to win. I'll never forgive Cutler for gifting the Packers a Super Bowl.

That's fine. I don't forgive Lovie for game planning away a Super Bowl to fucking Tony Dungy...or running Rivera out of town.

I recognize that I may love Grossman more than his parents, but the momentum of the game swung on Tank Johnson failing to bring Peyton Manning down, Danielle Manning being out of place and Cedric Benson fumble.

I liked Riviera, but none of us are dumb enough to keep the guy around that we know is going to take our job. I honestly liked Ron Turner more than Riviera.

Had nothing to do with tiny hands Grossman not being able to take a snap.

That gif says it all. Aaron Rodgers is supposedly sooooo great that he needed a defensive lineman to return a interception thrown by a 3rd string quarterback to play in his only Super Bowl.

If you recall, he couldn't hold onto the ball when it was dry, either.

His teammates claim that being a frat boy was his biggest problem. You never know if alcohol or the size of his hands was the biggest issue.

I think him being not really good was the biggest problem. But I appreciated his attitude and the occasional bombs he threw.

Grossman did not have an the required frame, build, and height to be an NFL quarterback. I can recognize he had skills but one of them was not being tall enough to throw the ball over the line without getting deflected frequently.

He could throw and I think he had decent slightly above average QB instincts, but he was not physically sufficient to be an NFL starting QB. Clipboard holder and backup....yes.

He didn't need it. GB would've won without it. It was just the dagger, that's all.

GB is fool's gold. Ten year drought and yet there's always this hype about them.

The hype is about exactly where it should be. Most outlets have them as the 4-5th best team, which is about right.

We'll see. I doubt you are a psychic. Posts like these just tell me you're scared of seeing yet another GB SB.

it's been more than a decade under the same QB and all he's got to show for it are a few car insurance commercials and a Jeopardy guest host gig. I think it's safe to say GB fans can look for other things to do on Super Bowl weekend for the 12th year in a row.
