They might not be willing to play for Nagy, but they will play for Justin Fields. Dalton is essentially out of leash, with their own players and offensive coordinator saying it's time for a switch. If the Bears are winning, then Dalton is working well enough that the heat will stay off. But they even have one or two ugly possessions and fall behind the hook is coming.

Unless Nagy wants to go full Trestman starting in week two. In that case maybe I'll actually see the Bears fire a coach mid-season in my life. But I don't see him doing that.

The Bears were able to move the ball against a far superior defense on Sunday, but they couldn't get into the endzone. I don't suspect that will be an issue on Sunday. Dalton had his revenge game last year, but he still has a chip on his shoulder. I expect big play Andy to carve up the Bengals again, and I expect the Bears to win by at least 10 points.

The Bears can win the game, it was the big play Andy comment that got me.

They don't call him Red Rifle for nothing. I'm not full meatball on this one. I just don't think Burrow is healthy enough and Dalton torched this defense with a shitty offensive line last year.

Bears managed 14 points last week, and that was with only one INT for Dalton (in the end zone, no less). I expect Dalton to go full Dalton, and throw his way into 2 TDS/2 INTs.

Bengal - 24
Bear - 14

The Bears will lose to every team that has a QB who can throw the ball downfield.

One of the best features of this game is going to be watching the Bengals' safeties play. Those 2 guys are animals and will be laying the wood on anyone with the ball while Eddie does his best Ha-Ha Clinton Dix bubble wrapped check cashing routine.

My safeties from the Bengals stayed at the hotel it seems. They knocked the snot out of the Vikings players last week and haven't done crap today.

Experienced Bears defense has stifled Burrow.

a great classic Bear home win.

Defense and just enough offense.

Red Rifle wanted to beat his old team. He did.
