Charles Hoskinson is the creator of Cardano.

Shelley is just a term used as the second phase of the Cardano roadmap. Cardano has five phases until fully functional. If Cardano was Grand Theft Auto VI, this would be early beta testing.

Cardano just entered Alonzo hard fork last month, which was a major upgrade to allow smart contracts on the Cardano platform. That is why the price doubled recently.

Sept 12 is the day they are going live with the upgrade. Charles has a massive ego and he believes people in the crypto world do not want Cardano to succeed.

Think of Charles as your teenager who believes if it is raining outside, that god doesn't want them to be able to go swimming.

In reality it is just signaling the beginning of the bear market. People are starting to pull money out in anticipation of a huge dump. Most smart investors don't pull it out all at once, but in stages to avoid a total collapse. They want to hedge their profits and still have skin in the game in case it goes to "the moon" and then comes crashing back down to earth.

Haters are gonna hate. Not to mention sweat. 3 year bear market? Kinda wishful thinking, isn't it, pajama class?

Again, this is bigger than just investment issues. Crypto, De-Fi, and blockchain is a threat to thousands of lower, middle, and upper management jobs in the legal and financial sectors. The heart and soul of that grifting(making money off of money) is threatened existentially.

3 years until it reaches another bull market. Not 3 years of it going down.

The legal and financial sectors are already finding ways into the cryptoverse. Look at projects like Ripple (XRP), LOTA, Stellar (XLM) and many others.

It pushed through the 42K resistance making a final run before the end of the cycle. It goes bear after a blow off top run, which I believe we are in until Sept/Oct before the next bear market cycle starts.

The end of the year is when corporations liquidate crypto to end the year in the green for their shareholders. This signals the whales to move their crypto to stable coins or USD and the market starts a long decline to >85% until the next market starts the cycle all over again.

Sorry NAS, I should have posted a reminder to start hedging your investments into stablecoins or USD at the beginning of the month.

It just started to drop so you still have time. Don't wait until the 85% floor drop off.

Most other countries dont allow dual citizenship, or if they do you relenquish many of the benefits compared to sole citizenship

In america, its like a fucking advantage to have a green card

I know dozens of long time americans of irish descent holding a dual citizenship with the old sod.

My in laws thought it would be nice to do it as a gift for their kids. Of course, they did it after my first son was born so he is restricted from also getting it while his brothers are not. I was like f that noise, we'll get you one from the real fatherland but since my family came over on the mayflower, we are restricted

A lot of companies are getting killed with wages going up due to the worker shortage. Looks like the Federal Reserve is out of bullets. This sucker is going down.

The bears in crypto are close to starving. Hell, I don't even call them bears. I call them haters. They're like baseball fans who don't watch games and think looking at box scores is all they need. Fibonacci this!

Another (4th) stimulus payment before the end of the year? Stimulus payments helped kick off the crypto bull run late last year and kept it going until the payments ran out in the spring.

Heard a lot of talk over the summer about btc leaping to 100K with a quickness once it sustains 60K. Part of the reasoning is based on the limited supply of bitcoin in active circulation. About 20% of BTC is locked in wallets whose owners lost their keys. Another approx 50% is effectively out of circulation, in cold storage or whatever in large wallets or institutional investors long-term stashes. Obviously those holders could sell at any time, but the sense is that's the amount being held with an eye to the long term (10+ years? I dunno). So that leaves about 30% of the mined btc available on the open market. And as folks buy back in that supply dwindles, line goes up and the bitcoin maxipadists become even more insufferable on twitter.

Yes, the market goes up and down before the big fall off. If you like to play chicken with the market makers then go ahead. Personally, I like to get out gradually before it crashes 80% in a matter of days.

Goodluck!

bitcoin takes so much investment to move the needle that it doesnt move because of individuals. this is a huge pump from wallstreet. now that its "back" to 60k, they are hoping a bunch of individuals will invest, and then they can dump it and take all the poor money. it might hit 70k, but expect another massive dump by end of year.
