I'm not going to make the argument that the Packers are a top tier defense (particularly without 2 pro-bowl players) but this is also a typically misleading argument. They got blown out in game 1 and have gone on to outscore their next 4 opponents by 33. If their offense stays healthy they can play with anybody.

Except the Bucs, Rams, Cardinals, and Cowboys

Equally potent offenses - if not more - plus better defenses except for maybe the Cardinals.

Yeah I'll take GB's offense quite easily over the Rams, Cardinals, and Cowboys, and don't think our defense is really worse than any of those teams either. It's hilarious that you keep including the Rams and Cowboys in these discussions, I can't think of a "contender" I'm less scared of than them

And once again, I am amused by the fact that a Bears/Packers meatball thread quickly turned into a discussion of Bears fans saying what other NFC teams, not the Bears, actually have a shot to beat Green Bay

5 games, you beat 3 tomato cans, barely beat a decent team(maybe/San Fran) and got your ass kicked by the Saints.

4-0 since the Week 1 loss. It doesn't take a genius to recognize which game was the anomaly.

If we took away all of the bad from Caller Bob, there would be nothing left.

The bad stuff counts too, I hate to break it to you. Hey, the Browns game never happened for the Bears! Voilà !!!! Works great!

Now do the Rams game too

See, you can't do that to GB. There's only 1 game.

As of now the Packers are the lowest scoring team out of the Bucs, Rams, Cowboys, and Cardinals. The Packers have scored 50 points less than the Cowboys.

That's fine. Doesn't change my post at all. You can go to battle with Dak and McCarthy, I'll take Rodgers. Let's see who ends up right.

Injuries all across the Pack's Oline, defense needs to be dominant because Green Bay been able to completely shut down Nagy's offenses over the years. This is the game where you stick with the run and hope you can pressure Rodgers enough because he has to love some of the matchups against our secondary.

A big game from Justin Fields against the Packers at Soldiers Field would be a great way to start a Hall of Fame career.

The 2-0 record is a great start to his HOF career. The Packer win will be a signature victory.

We saw him start his career already. It was the Browns game. Not sure what 2-0 dolphin is referring to but that ain’t his record.

We aren't counting the Browns game, just like Packer fans aren't counting the Saints game.

What about the Rams game? Doesn't count cuz of Dalton?

Haven't heard anything on Borom or Jenkins, would be nice to at least get Borom back in order to see if he can fill the RT slot moving forward.

Hopefully this game will be the beginning of Fields dominating the Packers and the Bears on their way to dominating the rivalry for years to come.

And it will be much sweeter if it happens before Rodgers departs, if he ever does
