I wouldn't say pulled in is accurate. I love these threads. A lot of times the Sox and Bulls part of my fandom isn't very rewarding. The Packers/Bears part almost always is

Again, being better than the Bears isn't bragworthy at this point. Outside of a couple years here and there, the Bears by and large have sucked or been medicore over the last 20 years. The Packers should beat the Bears.

With an all time time great QB currently leading the team, the Packers should be playing in Super Bowls.

It's hard to get to a Super Bowl. A self aware Bears fan would realize that. I don't think less of Drew Brees either for only getting 1. Getting even 1 is a big deal. Hope it happens for you some day, but til then I'd take Nardi's advice.

I'm not sure why the Packers are getting the same treatment you'd normally give the Pats. They've done nothing noteworthy for the past ten seasons. They won't do anything this year either. Time to get real.

What extended run are we talking about here? What exactly have the Packers accomplished during the past ten seasons?

If the only accomplishment is winning the Super Bowl, every year for teams is going to be a disappointment. I choose to not look at that way and enjoy the journey along the season as a fan. The ups and downs are what makes being a fan the best. The Packers have had a lot more ups, than downs.

Definitely the best way to look at it since over the last 30 years you have had 2 of the best QBs in the history of the league yet only 2 Superbowl wins.

But we do have those 2 Super Bowls, imagine great franchises such as the Bears and how much they would like to have those 2 Super Bowls.

I am glad the Bears can make you feel better about your lack of extended success while having 2 of the greatest QBs of all time. :D

The Bears don't make me feel better, their fans make me feel better. :D

 So vicious.

When I think about it more, I'm not surprised that Aaron Rodgers is in to bondage.

You should probably focus your attention on this Sunday now, what's done is done. I wish you and all of the lovely Bears fans great success against Tampa.

Wish you your typical regular season "success" as well.

We will focus on Brady tomorrow. We won't forget what Rodgers shouted like a maniac to a great woman of color.

Was this the same woman that was giving him the double bird or what was that one of the other fine women Bears fans? Speaking of nasty, women Bears fans are not nice at all to our Packers players. It is really quite the shame.

As a Chicago feminist, we don't speak of our women as slaves. It is really unfortunate that folks from Wisconsin weren't taught better.

Hailing from a state where cousins are married is just as bragworthy as beating the Bears.

I would take the women at the University of Arkansas anytime over Wisconsin or Illinois Co-Eds.

Agreed. Let's talk more about the overrated prima donna that is Aaron Rodgers.

Well this has been fun and we get to do it again in a few weeks. Until that time I wish the Bears and their great fanbase continued success on their journey led by Nagy and Pace.
