Awwwww. GOP legend doesn’t like DRUMPF so now he’s awful. Get fucked.

Wait you aren’t the one that does the fucking. You just watch.

Well above that. The shamefulness of being a cuck causes you to project a lot.

Where is the nuance in selling Bush's lies and then blaming Bush for it?

Sometimes you do something so heinous it outweighs anything else you've done. No one is going to point to a murderer's distinguished record of public library volunteer service when trying to argue why this person should not be convicted of murder. It's irrelevant.

If you're able to accurately cite the amount of death and destruction at home and abroad that he perpetuated then I assumed you were also able to conclude that whatever merits of his public service record have been outweighed by his Iraq war complicity. That you would dismiss his complicity as a routine mistake he could bounce back from is the only thing I promise I failed to "comprehend".

Bush should have been blamed for it. I wonder what the perception of Powell would have been had he gone against the grain on it. Probably traitor.

It's funny that's the Lefts calling card now in defense of the vaccine, but before the vaccine if someone died of COVID, they weren't having any of that!

Secretaries of State (unless you are Kissinger) do not make foreign policy. President's do. To suggest that the Iraq War is mostly do to Colin Powell is disingenuous at best.

Between this and Seacrest still leading the Natural Immunity parade while having Covid for the second time last week, the unintentional comedy today has been off the charts. Simply amazing.

I will explain it for the morons. A year ago, people like ME were saying that we should probably CHILL OUT because COVID isn't the end of the world, and mostly, the people that were dying, were the elderly. To that tune, the Branch Covidians like Golden Jet labeled us monsters. So it's interesting now that the same Branch Covidians, are using that same defense when an elderly person, vaccinated, still dies of COVID.

In fairness, most of LTG's sentences are not simple.

But yeah, Bob is doing work in this thread

A friend of mine from school shared this story today regarding Mr. Powell.

Quote:
I have shared this story so many times; but a good moment to share again. I was one of maybe eight enlisted in a hanger and over 100 officers were present. Dick Cheney and Colin Powell came into the room; they provided a briefing and when done nearly every officer flocked to the men; Powell said something to the effect of “give me a minute” and proceed to walk over to us enlisted men and women and he spent 15 to 20 minutes talking to us; asking us about our service; what we did; where we were from; if we felt respected by our commanders and then proceeded to wish us well; shook each of our hands and then left the room. May he Rest In Peace.

Powell sold the Iraq War. He used his long built up reputation to make flimsy evidence credible. That’s his most significant legacy. He complained about Trump so he’s beloved again, but it’s ridiculous to pull he was just following orders trope.

If Powell had a blood cancer, there is a reasonable chance that his body didn't do much with the vaccine.

That is is the risk which my father has as well with all of this, and my father's leukemia is very mild compared to most. We haven't decided if he's going to take the booster or not, we are discussing it with his physician in a couple of weeks.

If I heard it correctly this morning, I believe over the years that he'd had 3 different types of cancer with pancreatic being one of them.
