Ive always done it underwear, shirt, pants, socks. I dont even really recall being taught that, just always remembered doing that. Putting on socks first would feel odd.

Depends on the length of the socks.

Long socks before pants is the obvious answer unless you’re wearing Jncos or old timely pleated slacks.

Mostly the same for me. Only problem is when putting on dress pants my bare toes sometimes get caught in the pants hem.
