Zimmer is an absolute pain in the dick for Rodgers for some reason. I don't like this one either. There is essentially 1 running back and Lazard might be out too. The Bakhtiari thing is concerning. He didn't have meniscus damage and that is usually what you would tweak if you experienced a setback. I am going to hope its just some normal swelling and scar tissue breakdown. If he had the type of procedure where they harvest 1/3 of your patella you can get some pain and even tendinitus from that.

Cousins is a donkey. He doesn't scare me. Zimmer and the liberties some of his defensive players take against Rodgers is what scares me. He runs that frustrating scheme against Rodgers where he disguises 3-4 guys that could be dropping into coverage or rushing on every play.

I was searching all over the internet for highlights of Fields today since I read that he was on the fast track to the Hall of Fame after the 2nd half last week. I haven't found anything yet but I kept getting suggestions to look at some clips of Dalton throwing a few TD passes.

As for the Packers. Rodgers had a terrible first half as he was forcing the ball to MVS and failing most times. He got his crap together for the 2nd half but then the D decided they no longer wanted to cover Jefferson. Jenkins is done for the year and that sucks as he was a stud being forced to play out of position all year.

Considering the recent history of the two teams, that still seems true, a 3 point loss today withstanding.

But I’ll admit im again getting worried about this team. At a certain point enough significant injuries will be too much to overcome. They badly missed Jaire and Gary today. Z coming back would be huge. Losing Jenkins for the season is fucking brutal.

But, a bunch of other good teams lost to inferior teams today too. That type of year. Its just a lets see what these teams look like 8 weeks from now type of year

This is the kind of year that Joe Gibbs used to capitalize on--when he was in his heyday, he could outcoach just about everybody else if there wasn't a supremely talented team around to contend with.

I expect Belichech to do very well in this context. The Patriots don't have a great team, but Belicheck will make sure that his team doesn't beat itself, and a lot of the other AFC teams will.

We got obliterated in the book. And the Chargers blowing the cover sucked cause that would have saved me. Luckily I got the Bears +5 before Lamar was ruled out and then a nice Bulls parlay.

Best of all were the craps tables. There was one shooter who hit 11 five times before crapping out, and I play the Come bet. He hit so many numbers and made me whole for the weekend.
