With the advent of apples music / Spotify playlists and auto play songs I get a lot of later Rush stuff and I don’t find anything worth listening to . To me Analog Kid, New World Man and Subdivisions were the last 3 really great Rush singles which considering how many albums they released subsequently isn’t very good . Suggestions off the later stuff ?

Personally, I like Test for Echo and the entire Clockwork Angels album

Clockwork Angels was the best thing they did since Moving Pictures, and a hell of a final studio album.

T4E is IMO their weakest album post-Signals.

The Wreckers from Clockwork Angels might be my favorite later Rush song.

I was exposed and heard their 80’s stuff because of my older brother before I heard “vintage” Rush. Power Windows and Presto were played a lot while he taxi’d me around.

Not really, no. I think I only really love Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures, and Signals.

I love basically everything they have done so it is hard for me to single stuff out. I will though say Nobody's Hero is a almost perfect song. Reminds me of the early stuff coming more from the heart and more to do with the lyrics than the music.Roll the Bones is a great song that is a good pick me up. The Big Bowl if for nothing else than the concert intro video(ie Bob and Doug McKenzie). Time Stand Stil is a nice song to sit back and meditate too.

My problem with the post Signals albums is mostly production / tone. I get that Grace and Power Windows were too synth heavy, but there are good songs there.

Presto and Roll the Bones brought more guitar back, but they are so thin sounding.

Good production / tone came back with Counterparts...and there are some good songs there, but I just couldn't get into Test for Echo, Vapor trails, and Clockwork Angels....I tried....nothing song-wise grabbed me.

The best thing is that he's been with the woman he dogs at the end for over 50 years.
