Pretty much. Unless it's majorly screwed up and need surgery, about the best thing they can do is splint it to the toe next to it and hope it heals.

I have been around a lot of sports and many injuries. I have seen many fingers taped together, but I dont think I have seen anyone compete with taped toes together.

I haven't seen complete toes taped together either, certainly not all five of them. At that point my guess is you're in a walking boot or on crutches.

I have seen and heard of somebody breaking a toe that is not their big toe, they splint it by taping it to the toe next door, then hope it heals with or without a walking boot.

He did, but I never caught it. I'm guessing Joravsky clashed with management because he's too far to the left for the aging Drumpf libs who run and listen to the station.
