I'd love to see Fields improve, but the Bears still lose so a new coach is a must. Unless Fields is really gung ho over Nagy and wants to keep him around, but I doubt that is/will be the case. Dalton is taking the first team reps right meow anyway, so its more than likely we'll see him on Sunday. With a wet field, its probably a smart thing to keep a guy with sore ribs out.

The next GM/HC group will likely start by building an offensive line around Fields, so even the hapless George must have people telling him they need to get some type of evaluation on what they have in order to know what type of resources they need to pour into rebuilding the offense. If Borom and Jenkins are at least adequate that will allow you to put resources into upgrading the C, OG, WR (2-3), and TE (2) positions, so basically you need to upgrade at least half and maybe 2/3 of your starters on offense.
