Let's say she has...

What direction was the pineapple? I can't keep track.

Down, my man.

When you are the spy on Tom Brady, you have to watch his eyes.

He's going to try to fool you. He'll look one way. You might see a run lane for you to close on.

Then he comes back to something you didn't see that Brady had already seen right at the beginning before all that and weren't prepared for it.

That's why he wins.

Grin and bear it. That's not a disturbance worth starting. I saw that with my parents decades ago.

I was saying the exact opposite.

Tom Brady wins much more often than the spying linebacker that thinks he knows was he is thinking.

We're getting dangerously close to Krazy Ivan territory.

This.

When I worked in The Netherlands, some of my colleagues in their 20s asked me, “what is one tip you’d give us on relationships/marriage?” I said, “Learn when to pick your fights.” They all laughed and then I asked them if it was worth it to get into a fight over a pair of socks left on the floor.

I think RR has it right on this.

I suffer a little bit from the piles of stuff affliction. Sometimes my husband helps me with it, it's fine. He knows never to touch any of it on his own and he ignores it most of the time. He's a good guy. We are talking about it now.

I have to be up in about 4 hours to go to work but the amazon search is making me want to shop and I'd like to have another drink.

Both you and RR are correct IMO. Minor irritants are an inevitable part of life. Trying to change your spouse often leads to animosity so make sure it’s something worth fighting for. This doesn’t sound like one of those cases.

Maybe it's just my experience, but she's gonna find some reason to be pissed off and cut you off anyways, so you might as well clean her crap up the way you want it. She will never do so no matter what you try, and you'll at least feel better about that part of life.

This just opens the door for her to be pissed when she can't find something that she "knows for sure" she left somewhere in her pile of debris.

Oh well. Guess she should have thought of that when instead of "meaning to clean it up", she actually cleaned it up.

I dropped off my boy very early today at O'Hare and am feeling the post holiday blues. This time of year really does have a lot of stress with work related end of the year demands and the realization that you have to make it all again the next year with expenses increasing.

It's been a rough couple years for sure.
Look dude my last two years have been a personal nightmare that I really didn't even know I was having. Well, I knew it but I was in denial.
Let's just hope it's the bottom now man.
