I work in the profession and can tell you for sure that we log all of the search information being run, as well as when people enter and exit various screens. They are pretty foolish to believe there would not be consequences for even searching for his name -- you aren't authorized to just randomly search patient names... that is a clear violation of the law. Same reason you need to lock your workstation when you leave your terminal... someone else can go in there and take a look, and then two months later, guess who gets fired?

I saw a lot of racism as a child. These millennials have no clue what racism used to be like.

I know one dude who grew up in the city gang banging and stealing. He actually thinks the police are the enemies because they chased his crew around the city and shot at them while they where running away. Then in the next sentence he would tell me how the rival gangs would dress up like cops and walk up on them and start shooting.

He actually complains because he is working in the suburbs and the work it "hard" which it isn't. Money is just harder to come by when you are doing it legally. He misses the gang life and thinks everyone is out to get him because he is so used to playing the victim all his life that he can't see the second chance in life that many do not get.

I am convinced that this new generation is addicted to being the victim because society coddles them like a newborn baby.
