Looked about the same in January of 96 except my day started freezing my ass if in the Noyes platform at 6am.

the early bs in that video was that they had to be on every minute of work. The guys I know, and some were very big, told me the fucked around a good portion of the time until everyone decided to get drunk at Ceres sometime in the early afternoon

I worked for a small firm on the bond floor. One day we got 23 calls. I read three newspapers a day on slow days. Front to back. On busy days it was pretty intense.

I knew some guys that had some serious coke problems. I think Rick or RFDC or someone worked there in the hey day? I can’t remember.

Dated a girl for a while that was an assistant at some place down there. Anyway wasn’t a big thing but several fridays she missed a train and I had to grab her out of Alcoxx (sp?).

A Friend of mine from HS made a nice amount of money doing it for a few years. Not wealthy, but well off and he made enough cash to turn that into a successful real estate practice.

He's told me the lifestyle was way too punishing to stay in long-term.

Clerked when I was 20 years old. It taught me enough about myself to change my life course.

That said I do know a trader who quit to become an herb and veggie farmer who sold at farmers markets. He did have some heart issues though.
