I’ve simply added “Stabil” fuel treatment to my gas cans whenever I fill them (year round). About an ounce per gallon. Never had a issue, and don’t run my mower or snow blower dry each season. My Toro is 18 years old, starts on the first pull each year.

How else could I let them down?

Whatever avoids a trip to the small engine repair guy is worth it. BTW, I do perform routine maintenance.

I’ll keep that in mind.

My old one I had for 15 years died out. Worked every year. Had to get this fancy new one.

My last year guy told me they changed motors from US to Japanese made on this model.

Rebooked to an 11:25 am flight. Just boarded so it’s looking like the right move. Multiple flights to Orlando were cancelled so we got lucky on that. They also were offering $1,200 vouchers for 3 passengers to change to a tomorrow flight. Probably should have gone for it since we have a free day tomorrow. A bit too slow though. He who hesitates…

so it's premium unleaded gasoline, probably with stabil added. you can make your own for less than $4/gallon.

which makes sense. you have to imagine, to make that TruFuel, they need to markup 3-4x for profit. after packaging, distribution, etc, they might get 30% to keep. but at the end of the day, theyre basically repackaging premium gasoline that you can get at any gas station.

My snowblower is the weakest piece of shit. I say every year I’ll get a new one but I don’t. I just berate my pos snowblower. It really sucks. It’s the only thing in the world impressed by 5in.

Not sure how much snow we’ve gotten but the wind is blowing cold and it’s starting to drift. Hauled a ton of firewood this morning just in case.

That’s the kind of stuff that gunks up my lil bitch snowblower. I expect the slush will stick to the weak little rubber augers and I’ll be well on my way to telling the machine how disappointed I am that it exists.
