Crossover events in the comics were huge events that generated a lot of sales.

Different characters popped up in other character’s comics all the time.

Infinity War and Endgame were two of the most popular and highest grossing films of all time.

Both movies crossed over characters from different movies.

I think Kevin Feige has a plan that is plotted years in advance.

Sit back and enjoy.

Also, Covid fucked up Wandavision and Falcon & the Winter Soldier for different reasons.

Caught the latest episode and it was just ok with me. Definitely longer and they are doing a heck of a job trying to tell the backstory and Fett's relationship with the Sand People. Some new characters popped up including what appears to be an evil type Wookie which I found interesting. I won't give any more spoilers until more get to watch it. Moving a bit more slowly than I would like but I hope it pays off long term.

First episode was fine for a first episode. If the big reveal of how Boba escaped the fearsome Sarlacc, one of the most exciting questions Star Wars geeks had after the interesting way it was handled in the old Legends canon, was that he huffed some oxygen and flamed his way out after about a minute, they could have just skipped that boring ass scene.

yeah i was bummed they made it so minimal. I actually read that story from Tales From Jabba's Palace where hes in the damn thing and starts to communicate with its consciousness and ends up tricking it to escape. Then that got xnay'd from being canon. Still could have made the escape a little more exciting than just confirming patton oswalt's filibuster from parks and rec.
