Harbaugh has already been offered. We just need to beat the Raiders for him and hope that Michigan donors don't give Harbaugh $11 million a year to stay.

Harbaugh is telling recruits he is talking to NFL teams about going. That's virtually unprecedented if it isn't the likely scenario.

Unfortunately Jim Harbaugh DOES NOT use his pronouns correctly. He's not getting passes Tanesha.

I think Rick needs to show his work more. At any rate, I am fine with Harbaugh but if that is true I assume they will at least hire a GM to partner with him on things. Harbaugh would have too much tunnel vision during the seasaon to do all the duties necessary.

Show it on what?

That is something you never do as a college coach unless it's what you think will happen. That will be used against him for the rest of his career by other teams in recruiting.

Harbaugh has 4 (i think?) school age kids with his 2nd wife/family #2. They seem pretty pleased with life in Ann Arbor. If you're doing the school thing with 4 kids, doesn't get much better than Ann Arbor. Possible he could leave the family in A2 if he took the Bears job. Doubt they see him much during the season anyhow. And Harbaugh's unlikely to last more than 3 or 4 seasons as Bears HC. So no point uprooting the family for a short term relocation.

However, he did meet his 2nd / current wife in Las Vegas, so there's a connection there. Although that might just mean she realizes Vegas is a cesspool and not the place to raise a family; unless you aspire to them growing up to be sex trafficked

Flores should be at the top of the list.

I'm not sure. It sounds like he was tough to work for and with in Miami. I suspect that it'll be one of the Bucs coordinators or Frazier.

Robert Mays says the Bears are "looking at the right names so far" for their vacancies despite the ineptitude of yesterday's press conference.

Harbaugh was encouraged to look at other jobs by Michigan last offseason. They couldn't fire him but they also weren't happy with him.

I would guess that the McCaskey kids have some good school information for them.

I love Frazier and do not want him to be the choice.

I'd rather have Bowles if they must hire an older dc with previous head coaching experience who is also a POC.

You never heard any of that about Flores until they fired him. Almost like they were trying to justify it to a pissed off fanbase. Players seemed pretty surprised also.

Mays is very high on Daboll. Wanny also seems to love Daboll.

I'm wrong on this one.....sounds like he was tough to work for. Apparently wanted Herbert over Tua which got things started on the wrong path.

I would be bitter to about that one.

Agree with you on Frazier, but I don't want either one of them.

Yeah, this actually makes me like Flores even more.

Of those guys listed I would say that Daboll and Rick Smith are my picks. Didnt Smith have a pretty good run with the Texans before having some family issues or something? Ireland is an intriguing name too

Why not interview Lovie? I hear he is doing great things with the Texans defense.

Dan Quinn is really interesting. That Dallas D was dogshit slackers when he arrived and they look like killers now. He also coached the falcons to the super bowl.
