I got it in April. Right after I got my second shot. Had it for exactly 14 days. I know that because I was counting the days. At the time the experts said it would be 14 days. And one day, I literally felt my lungs clear and stopped coughing. That was day 14. It was a cool feeling to know the exact moment it was over.

But the first 3 days were the worst. Shortness of breath when I walked up stairs. Lost my taste and smell. The caughing was came from a high point in my chest. Felt like almost near my throat to get it out. Puking. I'm probably an idiot. Because I never went to the hospital. Thought I could tough it out. And I did. But I'm sure other people are dead because they thought the same thing. After day 5 if was just the coughing and it wasn't as bad. Got my taste and smell back. Then I knew I just had to wait it out at that point.

I live alone. So I put nobody at risk. Told my work. They let me work at home. I was working at home before it, but sometimes I had to come in. I never told my family. I don't like to worry anybody about me. They have bigger problems then my dumb ass.

My whole family got it back in August. My wife and I were vaccinated, like any other reasonable person, so we had mild cases. Had a fever up to 102 one day but overall was back to 100% after 3 days. Granted, I did lose my sense of taste for about a week. My wife was a little sicker and in October developed an odd tasting issue where wheat and dairy smells like garbage to her. She is on a paleo diet now. She saw a specialist yesterday and there is not much they can do for her. My kids (11 and 7) were unvaccinated and had very mild cases.

I had pneumonia last June and that was much, much worse than Covid but I vaccinated so....

I got it a few months ago, would have just assumed it was a sinus infection if I didnt lose taste and smell.. still waiting on taste n smell to return, gotten back maybe 25% of it so far.

I have been pretty upfront about the fact that I must have had it in March 2020 with a terrible cough. Then again a year later with an even worse cough. After the first shot I was sicker than I had ever been. Since April 2021, I have been super healthy. Normally I get the winter sniffles and other cold like symptoms. Nada so far.

Going to get the booster, but I am nervous about it.

I had it in January 2021, REAL MANLY COVID, before vaccines. For me it was much like the flu and never lost taste or smell. I kinda think I also had it in late February 2020 after a trip to the DR, a few weeks before the March lockdown. But of course no way of knowing.

Recently practically everyone in my circle has had it but so far I haven't gotten it again. Maybe due to the combo of being vaccinated and boosted plus having had it previously? I did have mild omicron symptoms a few weeks ago (sniffles, scratchy throat) but I didn't bother testing. Of course it could have also been a cold.

I think just about every one has had it by this point. You just may not have known it. I have never tested positive but I am surrounded by people who test positive every week.
