Plano’s downtown area is a bit underwhelming.

Plano is basically a larger Schaumburg, but Schaumburg doesn't have ANY kind of a downtown.

Those of us who have actually been to Plano, TX know that Plano has a very large unit school district covering portions of Dallas, Richardson, Allen, Carrollton, Garland, Lucas, Murphy, Parker, and Wylie. In addition to these surrounding towns / cities.....it covers ALL of Plano. all of this in one school district. It's fucking huge.

Now.....there's a lot of big tech in that area. Maybe some mass media, but Academia? Hardly.
