Rutgers gonna destroy Illinois tonight. I think Rutgers has a streak of 3 straight wins all vs ranked teams. Illinois is ranked.

Strong words.

Wasn't it time to start thinking about DePaul again?

DePaul beat Rutgers.

Illinois beat them by 35.

But winning by 3 is cute.

make that 4 straight wins vs ranked opponents.

I should do some betting, I'm on a heater. In my pickem league where I usually do terrible I've won the last 2 weeks and went undefeated last week for first time in 4 years of playing. This week I'm 3 for 3 so far.

maybe they were so worried about Rutgers that they forgot to show up for the home game vs Maryland? I didn't see it, but a 1 point win? Yikes.

They were a tired team. 3 days to get home from Minnesota due to weather, tough games against Michigan, Illinois, and then Michigan again based on the Big Ten's stupid scheduling decisions.

They get a nice break after this weekend and even this week has been a much more normal schedule.

I guess it's possible they forgot how to play basketball well including NBA lottery pick Jaden Ivey and 11-14 Maryland is just as good as them now. I guess we'll see.

 so does that mean the team with the better roster and future lottery picks always beats a worse team on paper unless they are tired? WTF are you even talking about? Arguing with LTG has turned your mind into mush.

I'm telling you as someone who has watched every minute they've played this year that they looked like a very tired team and nothing like they have all year in the game @Michigan and then at home vs. Maryland. They were better yesterday by a considerable margin even as they shot poorly from their two best offensive guards. The Big Ten, because Michigan "couldn't play" with COVID in January and put them on a schedule that never happens in college basketball under normal circumstances playing 4 times in 8 days and then they also got unlucky that Purdue got like 16 inches of snow and they played a game at Minnesota on Wednesday and didn't get back home until Friday afternoon right before that.

yea but the real question is...do you consider Purdue students to be a separate race of people?

You two need to see a therapist.

I'm about to go off on someone that owes 6-figures.

If you want some rage therapy, I'll send you the Teams invite for 1:30pm.

Do you feel like telling someone that owes you $265,000 to pay you today knowing they are just going to say they don't have it? Because I have an opening.

It's like these ILL/IU dances we do, we know how they will turn out before they start.

Don't get too upset. RFDC is trying to cope with Mike Woodson's failure in the Big Ten and Tall Midget is trying to cope with the failure of the Socialist agenda in America.
