Friends were moving and had a high-end LG dryer they gave because they didn't need it in the new place, looked great had all different settings, large capacity, seemed to be a great dryer.

Soon realized it had a fatal design flaw which caused the lint trap to get caught on clothing and snap. When that happened the dryer motor would get stressed and they lint would all start clogging the air flow while small items were sucked into the flow line. It would constantly shut down when this happened, had to buy new lint traps, but the same thing happened each time, when I talked to customer service at LG they indicated this was an issue, but no real resolution.

It finally broke down and when I had my guy that does appliance repair looked at it he said just get a new one because the parts were expensive and the only real difference between a $3000 dryer and a $500 dryer was the price, they have the same motor, but less electronics to break down.

We bought a $600 dryer and have had no problems.

For real. Still hilarious to me seeing some sections of White Sox Twitter post advanced metrics about how they were actually good despite not winning a playoff series.

The ending sucked, but looking at that team overall its really amazing they won 93 games with all of the injuries they had and scrapheap guys they played. I would say '2021 White Sox playoffs' is something that I thought would be great but sucked. And even then that Sunday playoff game was one of the best Sox games I've ever attended.

I had a repair man tell me, the more simple a washer/dryer the better.

The Last Jedi was probably the most disappointed I’ve been in a theater maybe ever.

You're lucky. Try a midnight showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show.

As a kid I used to trade all my cards to get the Cubs team card, once I started understanding the value of baseball cards I realized the team card was pretty much worthless, but then again I now realize my entire baseball card collection was likely worth more back in the early 1990's when I was a goof as kid collector than it is now.

My one and only Grateful Dead concert. June 18, 1993 Soldier Field.
I still to this day love the Grateful Dead, but this was a pretty lame show, I ended up coming down with some kind of flu and I attended the show with a really lame psycho. My own fault, but still....the experience was not a good one.

Worked that show as a 16 year old Andy Frain employee. Was on the field. That was fun.
