Going to the UC, this time as a fan for the first time (at least in a long while), with...looking forward to the Kieth and Hjarlmarsson love...and talked my son into driving :drunken:

Fun! I can't believe it's probably been about 3-4 for me. Enjoy it all!

I’ve been thinking about that. It’s been a while. Probably 18/19 season for me I’m thinking.

#4 has no hair. Still really appreciate him blocking almost an average of 2 shots per game.

Keith, Hammer, Pat, Eddie, no masks...seems like old times!

i never trust you horseracing guys to not covertly call in any bomb strikes via your expertly coded lingo.... so be careful when getting visceral with a proper sport! hasta!

The Hjalmarsson stuff was nice...getting Duncan Kieth to take a a curtain call during the game was even better.

Good game, won in overtime, not a lot of penalties

But at one point my son turns to me and says "Is it always this quiet in here?" We were in the 300 level and I think the players on the ice heard him.

Hawks games are notoriously quiet and not being paid attention to. Anthem and Dagger is the only time there is noise and its really frustrating. Nashville fans are way more committed.

Yeah. It was loud at the one playoff game I was at vs St. Louis but over the past 7 years or so it has progressively gotten more and more dead.

During his tenure with the Hawks he was one of the best, many argue the best, defensive dmen in the league. Easily my favorite Hawk of the Cup run.
