Don't worry, we'll include it all at the next tabulation.

He'll make a killing at conventions as well.

Think about the novelty action figures. Collectibles.

But seriously. This seems like something that could be a dream of his going back years and if he is pursuing that than that’s great for him.

Is he doing the animation or just the character idea. Yes, good for him pursuing a dream but his good buddy Lance made a comic book a few years ago and it doesn't seem to have gone anywhere.

I had a professor in college create a comic book series. It really doesn't seem that impressive. And he was doing it out of pocket.

Parkins & Larry transition might of hit a Score all-time low. Larry saying he was integral in changing the Score for the positive giving it new life. Parkins mentioned KC talent when he was there including "true American hero" Jason Whitlock. Larry pulled his name from the list. I think Parkins admits to himself he's just a jaw-flapping time killer, but Larry actually thinks he's a Score legend.

Luckily breaking lock-out news derailed the conversation.

Larry is like the 2005 version of Tony Graffanino.

I'd like to see the exact quote...sounds braggadocious even for Sir.

Up until a very short time ago he was prized so highly by the station that he was put in a night time slot that was so frequently preempted by baseball, football, basketball and hockey broadcasts that he was off more than he was on.

in '98, When I came in ... What I think was the Score coming out of it's cocoon. Man, there were a lot of people like this ain't gonna work. In '98 when I walked in the door. This thing ain't gonna work (repeated). There wasn't a high level of respect for what it offered. Then I think as we grew up, the station kinda grew up....your "bleep" better be on point"

Then Larry says " Me & Z" (Larry & Dan Zampillo) "the best team to ever be at the Score".

Parkins and Spiegel had Zampillo on yesterday in their continuing celebration of the 30th anniversary of WSCR. I was struck by how Zampillo sounds EXACTLY like Mark Grote.

the place had already been well established by '98.

If he's talking about the post golden era of the Score, salaries are down to early 90s levels, so maybe that isn't working all that well

Larry wants to think he matters so bad.

He is but a byline in the story of the Score. He will never been seen in the same tier as North, Mac, Bernsie, Boers

I don't know if he would even have a job there if Mitch wasn't his guardian angel.

I don't even know if you can put Sir in the tier with guys like Huebner, Memelo, etc. Those guys all had significant drive time roles.

How much time did he spend talking about himself?

He does strike me as the kind of guy who uses the occasion of somebody’s death to talk about himself.

While running some errands turned on the app to hear what Larry was talking about. He is doing top 5 Tuesday and it is what are the worst looking college basketball courts in the nation.

Hey asshat you are doing a radio show. The majority of your listeners cannot see what you are talking about.

Fail

The heads of Gar Forman and John Paxson would do just fine.

Started listening to Larry's podcast interview with Dan Pompeii. Talked about an article he wrote about Ian Cunningham. Noted his cousin was Arthur Ashe. Went on about Ash's sjw work. 10 minutes into the interview no Bears. Turned it off. Wasn't Larry this time. It was Pompeii.

Maybe one day you guys will learn not to listen to the Score in real time; wait for the podcast to come out and decide whether to skip/fast forward based on the content.

You're preachin' to the choir. It was on podcast. As is most of my Score listening a huge majority with guests.
There was nothing in this podcast description about politics. Pompeii has to know someone would check him out for Bears news not politics. When they go left I usually jump ship instead of fast-forwarding out of it.
