That's the thing. He NEVER seems comfortable. He always comes off as if he's playing a character.

The fact that he is a vaccine pimp is just one more mark against him.

Definitely. But at least my constant political posting isn't passive-aggressive.

Say what you will about Clapton, Steve Gadd is still alive.

What about Steve Gadd? Has he stated anything about anti-covid vax or requiring vax for his shows? I see nothing.

That clip of Grohl is not going to age well. He's carrying water for the media and entertainment industry and trying to talk around being a sell out. I don't have the GDS you have, but this is about as UN-Rock 'n' Roll as it gets. Sad.

Clapton doesn't make him get vaxxed to be in his band.

It's a strange day when we are looking at a 76 year old Clapton being on the right side of history

Clapton also gets so coked out of his mind that he forgets to shut the window. Swings and roundabouts, JORR.

It would have been great if they strapped his corpse into a seat, and Dave Grohl controlled his motions, Weekend at Bernie's style.

This is turning out to be strange.
Now we have an article in Rolling Stone fluffing up how miserable Hawkins was about the "grueling" tour schedule. Their tour schedule was actually manageable....yes, it's touring and you are on the road, but it's not like the old days where they'd squeeze 5-6 shows a week over the course of a year.

Even more interesting is that this almost looks like an attach on the media-darling Dave Grohl about demanding such a grueling tour schedule.

Weird.

What was even stranger was that Rolling Stone was the one that published it.
