Don't sleep on this. All those idiots fleeing California will not learn anything from what they left(pun intended), they will vote the same way.

Last week, was talking with my colleagues who are life long Texans about the Uvalde shooting and the answer I got from then regarding gun control is that it's "complicated". That tells me that you'll need a lot more Californians to move here to get him elected, especially if gun control is the most important issue.
