That is a good question, but also looking at the school on google map it wouldn't have mattered much. There doors had glass windows next to the door that could of been shot out to gain entrance. Which is fairly common in a lot of schools. He also could have shot the window out on the door to gain entrance.

Time to have exterior exits for all classrooms. Hard to shoot kids that are able to run away. The whole idea that a school should be treated like prison is a big reason they are getting shot up.

Didn't feel the same way after Sandy Hook because not much more could have been done at that moment. These "Cops" could have saved some of these children and did nothing. Just sickening!

There is an established protocol for dealing with school gunmen. Basically confront them as quickly as possible. This PD was trained on it but for whatever reason they chose not to follow it.

I think it’s credova so just a basic consumer loan but maybe I have brand wrong, saw signs for it when I purchased a shotgun.

I was a bit surprised to see the manufacturer of gun used mentioned. That is definitely not one of the cheaper ones out there. Have they tossed out 10k as an actual number? And I thought in the end he just had a vest with no actual plates of armor? Don’t think that combo would run 10k.

A kid using credit to buy multiple weapons and a vest to hold the ammunition should be a red flag.
