I'll second the nomination for the movies/TV section... some great content was revealed there. I'd have never watched Barry without the board suggestion and that show was top notch. The NFL sections, especially on GameDay, is some of the best content the board has to offer.

It's not about "shitty" viewpoints as much your continual "endorsement" of those with bigoted viewpoints. You believe that it is the bigots that are being "victimized" of all things. And for some reason you have no problem with providing a "safe space" for them for some reason. Think Tank was created for such a reason and no one should ever be fooled by that. Link never really accomplished anything. He has a mid level administrative job in the government, the kind of job that kissing the right ass and making the right donations can get you eventually... especially if you toe the line. He's never made any differences, never created anything new, never did anything creative in any way. But he's still paranoid. He's also not very bright, not stupid by any means but just so incredibly average in every conceivable way. He has to make a difference somehow. He will focus hundreds of hours fighting bigotry. That's how he'll make his mark. He will spend hundreds of hours fighting bigots and those who don't fight bigots. But wait... that takes bravery. How can he still He a coward and spend hundreds of hours accomplishing positively nothing? Ah yea. Do it on a message board. Hey DarkoDust if we were ever to do inventory ion just who has done more to help the "community" me or you, that fight would be over in about 10 seconds. I have played a HUGE role in helping to change at least 2 schools in this city. I also make it possible for children to earn college credits (before ever enrolling in college) and in the process for their families to savet thousands in tuition by virtue of "teaching" a class that I don't have to teach. Right now I'm scouring at least 5 schools seeking to find jobs for at risk youth so that they can work for the summer and stay off the street.

Meanwhile what in the hell are you doing or have ever done? Endorse bigots and troll a message board in the hope that you can "foment" the fallacious belief that the people of this city are fucked up all of the time? Or that guys you consider to be "mates" are being mistreated around here?

It's funny, with a few exceptions, it's very easy to get along with virtually everyone here for the most part if they bring a little of themselves to the board. The guys that seem to want to be generally anonymous (except for their politics) don't add anything to the "serious business".
