Sometimes ideas are called out because they're bad ideas, not because the person expressing these ideas is a minority. This isn't to say you or reader or anyone else here doesn't experience bigotry.
I have never said that it was actually. And the very same people who make the argument that you are making are the very same hypocrites who later have argued that I'm an Anti Semite simply because I happen to believe that Palestinians have a right to the land found in Israel. Or as the highly celebrated Spaulding stated, hates whites simply because I point out some things about this country she and others don't like
I would never make the argument that blacks are without blame in any of this. That is an argument I make on some level and have for decades working in schools. It has placed me odds with Colleagues, the Board, and Many parents as well.

Also, this being an anonymous message board, you've got to concede that sometimes people aren't aware you are black. I didn't know you were black, for example, until you said so. Would it be fair for you to say I was disagreeing with you or whatever in the past because you are black?
How would I know? How do we know if people are being called out repeatedly because of the ideas in their posts or because of their skin color?
Because often times race is referenced in said post. That's why. When Twitter claims that every black is a product of Affirmative Action or a govt handout, that's obviously racist. When he proceeds to incessantly hound the ONLY 3 black posters here even as they ignore him. That's racist. When he makes the argument justifying the murder of 2 black people even after the court of law has spoken, that's racist. When Pittmike jams JBills about his "thinking black" because he has a black wife, that's racist. When Chas proceeds to hunt black poster and ONLY black posters here, that's racist and say a ton of racist shit along the way that is racist.

I don't think being targeted in the politics section is always an indicator of bad faith behavior. Engaging in partisan political discussion and not expecting blowback is basically the equivalent of hating a barber for changing the way you look - I mean what the fuck did you expect. I don't find what you said to be all that convincing.
Again its not about "disagreeing" with people politically. And one of the problems with this place is that MANY here are all too willing to do the bidding f
of bigots all the time..
When the Twitter Feeds of the world say obviously racist shit, (such as Reader's kid being a thug just last night) you get crickets. He knows that he will never get any pushback on it (unless the black guy in question feels like playing victim and calls him on it) and that's why he does it. This happens daily here.. When someone calls him on the racist bullshit then they invariably become the target around here. Cover is too often made for bigots instead of simply calling out the bigotry. I don't care about those that ignore the shit altogether and don't pick sides. I'm talking about the ones that chime in and invariably start defending bigoted pieces of shit on their bigotry all of the time.
Why would any bigot ever have to "defend" their position about anything when so MANY here are always willing to do it for them?
