So I’m sitting at a bar in a Cajun restaurant near the Atlanta airport and the guy next to me orders BBQ oysters. When I ask about them it leads to a conversation about Dragos. He swears the best he’s ever had we’re at a place called Katie’s in New Orleans. In fact he said it’s his favorite restaurant in the country and he travels every week (fwiw).

All I saw in NOLA for Oysters were 2 places....ACME and FELIX's.

ACME OYsters had an insane line and wait to get in. My friends that live there said....FELIX's is the same exact supplier of Oysters buy not as hyped up as ACME...they never have the line / wait.

I'm not sure how true that is, but our meal at FELIX's was top 5 all time for me. it was amazing.

My favorite rescue of all time is Spirits on Bourbon.
They're up over a MILLION dollars since I fixed their relationship and their bar.
Not sure about this ACME Oysters,
My expert Nick Liberato is telling me your oysters are dry, lacking that JUICE, and weren't cleaned properly. We're NEVER going to be successful sending out food like this!
