Nah no chance. The Only reason that he is relevant is because he is Ex NBA Player Rex Chapman and Kentucky Basketball Legend Rex Chapman. Without either he's "just some guy on Twitter".

I didn't know that he was a Twitter superstar. When I heard about him, like you, I assumed it was someone else who happened to share the same name. I would be willing to wager that more people know Rex Chapman, the basketball player, than Rex Chapman, the Twitter superstar.

I actually forgot he played in the NBA. Just at Kentucky. His Twitter presence is completely unknown to me. Why ever in the world someone is worried about his tweets is flat out silly.
