This is like something out of a cartoon. Joliet building a park next to convicted sex offenders home in order to force them to move. Imagining towns building parks next to them, forcing them to move further and further west until they’re wading in the ocean.

this was tried 2 years ago in Aurora ,Jusdge threw it out. State now has a law in process of being passed to make this kind of stuff illegal
