That FSU LSU game is going to look like it was exciting on paper. In reality it was two teams each doing their best to lose.

I hate FSU. I like LSU but having Kelly as coach is going to change that

What a doubly horrible fucking call in the Alabama-Texas game.

There was no targeting and the QB wasn't even on the ground.

A loos of two points and possession.

Edit

Got the targeting right, but never got the intentioanl grounding.

Yeah. I think they bent their rules a touch to overturn the roughing but this game has been an officiating train wreck. If I cared at all about either team I’d probably Abe telling more as is the youngest squirrel is giving me weird looks. (Doesn’t really differ from any other day though to be honest).

Bama should have taken three there.

ND looks like dogshit in a letdown game following their big moral victory last week.

And a kicker named Auburn may have beaten them. May.

They may even be ranked because of this.

I really thought Texas was going to roll. The last Texas possession of the first half has to be killing Sark.

So by transitive property is OSU not that good if they had to work to beat a possibly bad ND team?

Shockingly Ohio State looks like every other Ohio State team from the past 15 years. The media is fawning over their qb as always, who takes a clean drop, has all the protection in the world and then drops a deep ball to the receiver who has beaten his man by at least 5 yards.

dafugg is the Baylor offense, 2nd OT and it's taking forever for them to move the ball. 4-3-3, 1st down, 5-2-3 another 1st down, ay yi yi. Put the ball in the end zone or go home. With 2 false starts, they've moved 14 yards in 10 plays.

Awful loss for Nebraska. I can’t see the coach making it through the season. I laugh because my wife is from there and her whole family loves the team but I’m almost embarrassed to rub it in their faces…l but I will

For a minute there it looked like Frost was trying to force Nebraska to fire him before October 1st so he could get the full $15 million buyout instead of only $7.5 mil.

There ya go!

It could be worse. They could have Iowa's offensive coordinator.

He came within a play of having his team play for the national championship and only had one bad season. Such a stupid decision, especially when you think about who replaced him.

Yes, it's painful.

But also remember when they fired Pelini, 'They had to evaluate where Iowa was'

Since then? 35-51 overall

Iowa? 64-26

Nebraska is living off the Osborne years and will struggle to be relevant unless they make a big splash.

Bolded is all you needed to say. In a world where half the teams make some sort of bowl game, they haven't played in one since 2016.

Swap out Nebraska for one of those ACC or PAC-10 teams that'll be looking to jump to a surviving competitive conference. Nebraska can go join the MAC and at least be bowl eligible at the end of seasons.
