If I had a house across the street from that campus I would raze it and charge $40 for parking

And lets say you do, best case you get 15 cars on a single family lot. That's 600 per game, but you only have 2 home games per month(on average) so that's $1,200 ..likely not enough to cover the mortgage.

And let's not even get into zoning laws that will prevent this. Please think before you post your fucking keyboard diarrhea on this board.

There's a guy across from lambeau that we calculated makes 40k/yr from letting his yard get torn to shit every home game. He says it's kinda worth it, he just pays for new grass in the spring.

He's charging more than $40 if he's brining in that kind of money

I'm less than a mile. The last Zillow update which came earlier this week said our value dropped

I don't think so. He does vary rates based on who he knows (it's a Wisconsin thing), but I counted around 200 cars last time I was there. It's like 3 lots. Probably used to be 3 houses and someone razed them lmao

I don't think residential property values rise because of close proximity to this kind of use. A commercial property would.

It seems almost contrary to thinking but residential values are reduced by being across the street from parks, schools, etc.

It's gonna be like having Woodstock in your neighborhood at least 15 times a year.

I see your 15 and would raise it to 100. This is a venue with a roof.

I have no idea why anybody would want to live across from a stadium parking lot.

It's probably more lucrative to do short term rentals there if it is allowed by the city. There are going to be a lot of other events there and you still get the random people who simply want a house to hang out with friends for a weekend.

Yeah, I was being conservative. They'll have HUGE events there everyday if they can.

It depends on whether the Bears are winning.
