Billy Donovan's solution for how to use him was to create a phony competition with a guy that is best suited for the G League.

Patrick Williams's problem wasn't that he was not "aggressive", his problem was that he played with a group of ball stoppers who wouldn't pass him the ball and a coach that still hasn't made it a prerogative for them to pass him the ball.

P.Williams lost them the game yesterday. Bad defense, chucks up a 3 in the final 2:00 and looks like a deer in headlights when he "drives" to the basket.

The 3 was a good shot. He was wide open and the bad defense was mostly from the guards. Brogdon murdered them all night and that is where the game was lost.

The turnover down the stretch was bad but at least it was made with him trying to make a play. Something which everyone keeps telling him to do.
