Still plan on taking your best offensive player next year though.

The little engineering school that couldn't?

What's funny is the refs and regular joes trying to push the train off. There are literally dozens of 300+ pound men in that building that train to move huge sums of mass in another direction. Ok, maybe you don't want any of your starting olineman to pull a hammy pushing a train, but call in the 4th or 5th string lineman, no?

Only authorized persons that complete rigorous eligibility requirements are allowed to touch the trains. I think SpiralStairs may have actually been a qualified candidate to join the Reamer club.

Sadly, they couldn't rehabilitate him enough.

At least when Purdue treats beating Iowa as a big win it's when Iowa is actually good.

It's amazing that the failure of this season by Purdue is because of one of two reasons and the way we find out is if and when Satterfield gets fired at Louisville.

I know he has had some really good games, but I'm not getting the Aidan O'Connell is the next great Purdue QB vibe from him. Seems to make a fair amount of bad decisions against better defenses.

He's regressed this year. Maybe an injury but not a valid enough excuse. There were Purdue fans saying he was the next Brees. He did put up Heisman level numbers for the second half of the season last year though.

Being a total apologist, Iowa played the #1, 2, 6 and 10 defenses in their 4 losses.

Purdue at 39, Nevada at 72 and Northwestern at 82 were much better for Iowa's offense.

I have to admit that I stopped watching my Cats when they did their annual mid September flop.

Dumbest People on Earth?

Athletic Directors across the country.

Missouri gives Eliah Drinkwitz a two year extension and a raise (from 4 million to 6 million) with a career mark of 15-17 at the school. Yes, he had the 19th highest recruiting class last year but that was also good for 7th in the SEC. They will need to win 2 of their last 3 to make a bowl game which means they will likely have to beat Arkansas in the final week. (They play the Vols this weekend and a shitty non conference the week after)

Yeah it is so dumb. I have not liked that hire from the start. They deserve to be at the bottom

Last I checked Missourah isn't really a hot bed for great college football play.

Pinkel had them in a good spot and unfortunately he got sick in his last year to replace him. That hasn't worked well.

It's the cost of doing business. The SEC and Big Ten are going to approach levels very soon where $10 million a year is considered an average salary. Thank the tv deals. Then they'll say to the Pac-12 and Big 12 "sorry you're poor".

It's pretty ridiculous as Drinkwitz market if he were fired would probably be back to the sun belt

Iowa beats Wisconsin and secures themselves a bowl game.

Win out and they may get a chance to get ass-whooped by Ohio State again in the BIG Championship

Not impressed at all with LSU, to barely beat Arkansas who was playing a 3rd string quarterback was not good.

Or if Michigan can beat OSU again.....I'd like Iowa's chances better against them than OSU.

Same. OSU will just blow out everyone from the West (before losing to an SEC team). Michigan has Harbaugh, which means that doing something really stupid is within their grasp. Not even Harbaugh could mess up OSU's talent and speed.

Strange team, LSU.

Arkansas owes itself a few cupcakes next year. Brutal schedule.
