That's fine. I think that had more to do with his influence and celebrity. No one will care about the school next fall. IMO, it would take at least a generation to put HBCU's on the map. I don't fault Neon Deion for not wanting to invest that much time. However, I'm also not going to believe he was doing something virtuous by spending 2 years at one while he built his coaching brand.

Agreed wholeheartedly

This has been a miserable weekend. Hopefully the Tigers can annihilate the cousin fuckers from Georgia, but I doubt that.

I would assume we're headed to a first round Michigan v. OSU rematch.

As fun as it would be to beat Rodgers tomorrow, I think Jalen Carter would look good in a Bears uniform.

UGA looks dominant. Future Bear Jalen Carter & that defense will shut teams down.

There’ll be 4 teams in the playoff and only one will matter.

I don't give a shit that he was only there 2 years. His value over what was provided is crazy Any marketing executive will tell you that. He did more that school in 2 years than anyone could have.

I don’t get it. He has no connection there and no overriding purpose.

The HBCU thing at least made some emotional sense. He leveraged his barstool gig to get a recruit or two. Going to a doormat pac 12 school for a paycheck doesn’t make sense.

Georgia, Alabama, Michigan, and Ohio State. Let's do this!

As a casual college football fan this is what I'd like to see.

I don't give a shit either. This is entirely different than saying he put HBCU football on the map.

It's not. You appear to be the only one who is emotional about this. I have no personal connection to Jackson State or any other HBCU. I don't anticipate that will change. I'm no worse than indifferent about this. I didn't care that he went to Jackson State, and I don't care that he's decided to go to Colorado. The balcks aren't personally invested in the success or failure of every other balck.

He is just biding his time until the Florida State job eventually becomes available someday.

I guess we have to settle for Big Ten runner up.

Now we wait to see if Brohm leaves.

How in the world does TCU stay above Ohio State?

I kind of get it - they lost in overtime of a conference championship, whereas OSU was skullfucked at home by its biggest rival.

But TCU has been trying to lose all year. They should be 4th at best.
