I was the guy who was high on him. He has been injured. When he's played, all we've seen him do is force a lot of penalties and wave his arms. He can't make Fields throw the ball in his direction.

There are normally reasons guys are drafted late. He’s been good for a few weeks but a comeback against a dogshit Raiders team doesn’t do a whole lot for me.

He's been arguably their best quarterback since Jeff Garcia or Kaepernick. The kid has had at least 2 touchdowns and a 90 quarterback rating in his 5 starts. The moment is never too big for him.

Beating mediocre teams is expected from established guys. Beating mediocre teams is exceptional if you're a non first round rookie. And beating mediocre teams may be miraculous if you're not only a rookie but you're also Mr Irrelevant. Don't get me wrong, he's got a strong roster behind him, but I think you've got to give the last pick in the draft more credit for what he's doing. He's not supposed to be here.
