When he has hood on with him, the show seems to have a better flow, Hood just seems to calm pappy where he isnt so bent on being stupid and saying dumb things, kudos to hood I guess.

But with bagboy, its a all different story, you think this softball hall of fame thing was going to be a local holiday, thats when pappy shows how important he thinks he is and its sort of creepy, sad and pathetic.

I will continue the recaps of some shows, been busy getting things ready for winter around here.

Mike North could work on almost any show with anyone who prepares, knows that Davey Lopes is not the Dodgers 2nd baseman and is willing to call North out. Actually calling North out and not backing down would make any show he is on GREAT!

With that said, Mike by himself doing everything he thinks is good is terrible.

Too bad he could never see that and nobody close to him could ever say that to him (SPACEBALL!). The Score would be better and I think he would be much happier.

FIXED

Sorry RV, I love your posts, but it was just sitting there, waiting to be mashed into the bleachers.

If Pappy would keep the ego in check a little bit he would have an okay show. He certainly has the connections for the guests. When he left the Score and had his webcast good-bye show, it was some of his best work...because he left his ego at the door.

Sincerely,

Mike for the Miltown

Could not agree more. He could have chosen half a dozen people to work with him on the morning show that would have made it great. Instead he chose Steve and Edie because they would say "that's right frank".

One week with Abbatacola was all the proof he needed, but he still went back to Steve and Edie.
