Fortunately, we're talking about a baseball game that can be rescheduled for the next day in warmer temps.

This isn't Little League, (though the Sox play like it)

Burger needs to be in the lineup most every day. He is amongst their best power hitters and this team lacks power.

Rotate him at DH, 1B and 3B as long as he is producing.

I tend to agree. When Moncada and Anderson are ready send down Sosa and Haseley.

As much as I would like to think Moncada, Jimenez and Vaughn will produce if they are in the lineup every day, they are pretty fragile so I don't mind some form of a rotation that allows them to rest once a week or have Jimenez play RF (which, I don't like, but they need their best hitters in the lineup).

Dude, the Cubs canceled a Brewers game one time and the Brewers players got sunburned walking around Chicago.

If they didnt cancel this game tonight there would be 3k people there and bad baseball being played . ( tee it high and let it fly ) There's no point in playing it under those conditions. The Sox injured list cant take it .

Yep, just play the game on Tuesday when the weather will be a bit better. Teams should consider pro-actively scheduling more double-headers in the spring when the weather is so inconsistent. If the White Sox and Orioles did that on Saturday, they would have another 25-30K there in the evening in summer weather vs. the weather (and 3K fans) they had on Sunday. Seems like a pretty simple idea that teams can benefit from early in the season if the weather allows.

Don't need 162 games...solved.

100% . 154, 140 is plenty. Of course, less games means Ian Happ might only get 11 million per to play average baseball instead of 20.

That would be fine too, but 8 less games doesn't remove bad weather in April/May.

I'd love the season starting in May ending in August with playoffs starting on September 1st.

That's not going to happen though.

White Sox walked 26 batters vs O's, the most in a three-game span since 6/21-23/96 (also 26).

3 run, 35 pitch 1st inning for Lynn. Even if he calms down, looking at 4 innings of bullpen again.

why do I keep watching...

Not to worry. They have the tough as nails stopper Giolito going in the nightcap.

Alright, 4 runs in an inning. Lets see how many Lance gives back.

I forgot they were on early today with the straight DH, so I finally turned it on in the top of the 9th. Grandal lets two balls get past him, both are called wild pitches because they hit the dirt first, but he should have corralled both of them.

Last place team. Time to tank for the next five seasons.

I have faith. They are an 81 win team. It's what they've shown for 2 years so I am counting on their mediocratic consistency.

Only if he can hit or pitch. If I owned a team I wouldn't even have a manager. I'd spend the $3 million I saved on a better utility infielder.
