On the other hand, there is a guy who wants to win named Patrick Mahomes. He was at every team meeting last offseason to build up his rapport and balance with his new offensive players. How did that end up working out?

The Falcons game is the only for sure W I see in those first 6 games. If Love sucks, you could easily be 1-5.

I like their talent level on paper but they also have too much youth. The learning curve will be steep and they will lose to teams you would think they should beat due to dumb mistakes. That almost always guarantees a below .500 team. If the rbs stay healthy and the defense is at least average then they could stay in a lot of games and possibly get to 9-8. More likely another 8-9 though. I’m ok with that as long as Love looks decent and improves as the season progresses.
