CNN said the Rear Admiral will make an announcement today.

The previous press conf were held by Captains.

So they think if it's the Admiral doing the next press conf. then it's pretty much confirming its the missing sub.

CNN says USCG has confirmed the debris is from the sub.

Sad ending.

So could it be it imploded? Would debris go up to the surface if that happened? Or was it able to come up and just got kicked around like a soccer ball by the ocean waves?

they found the tailcone
